"[...]Those who stride too far too soon Will not hold pace Only the calm Will win the race Through the forest, the sea of mountain pine Surrender everything Only those who Greatness see in little things Worthy are the simple They're happy in their ways Self will wither out of sight Running to the light [...]" (lyrics from the song "running to the light" by RUNRIG) I started this over a week ago, but then hurt my right index finger and had to take a break for a few days. My plan was to paint the forest and then add another one of my gnome creatures sitting on the tree stump and playing a flute. Just another fantasy pic. Link made me change my mind then. I guess pics don't always have to have living beings in them, just to seem alive...  Hope you like it. Done with Photoshop 7 + Aiptek 12000u Full view please! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
