It movedSusan sat up in bed. She had only just woken up, but her mind was already running fast, and a strange feeling had taken hold of her.
The shadow of her bed painted an odd silhouette onto the floor, but it was only barely visible in the darkness of the room. The bed was made completely of wood and decorated with rough carvings that added to the oddness of the shadow on the crumpled carpet.
Susan's pillow was laying on the floor next to her doll Lucy. The doll's painted eyes were staring directly at her, and despite their lifeless state they seemed to move for just a split second. Though she knew that wasn't possible Susan had definitely noticed

The title says it all. I haven't had the time to do much painting lately, but felt like I really need a distraction from my university stuff. Started this two days ago after doing a quick sketch on paper.

I needed a reference pic for the raven [link] and I used a texture for the background: [link]
